Refund & Exchange Policy

At Alma Vida Spa, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide exceptional services and products. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Services

All spa services are non-refundable.
Prepaid packages and deposits are also non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule.

2. Products

No refunds are offered on products.
We accept exchanges only within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for an exchange, products must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Affirm Purchases

If you financed your order through Affirm, any eligible exchange will be processed in accordance with Affirm’s policies.
Please note that since we do not provide refunds, you will remain responsible for your Affirm payments unless an exchange is completed.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will exchange the product for the same item at no additional cost.
